I have 42 sites, I want to connect those sites by using VPN. In that case, I want to use DMVPN. I use RUTX12 as a HUB and RUT950 as SPOKE. Does TELTONIKA Router support that?

Yes, Teltonika routers support DMVPN, and you can configure the RUTX12 as the VPN HUB and other routers, such as the RUT950, as SPOKES.

Thanks for your answers! In my case I have 42 sites (1 Hub and 41 Spokes), My question is : " Is there no problem of requirements in term of number Tunnel IPSEC generated of each Spoke and Hub?"
There is no limit on the number of spokes you can have connected to your hub. The only factor that could have an impact is the amount of traffic being handled by the hub.
