Disconnects with OpenVPN to RMS

Hello,

My VPN connection to RMS keeps disconnecting. Sometimes between 2 to 3 times within a minute. I have tested this on 2 different networks but the issue stays the same. Below you can find OpenVPN log.

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out!
Could you clarify if this behavior was tested on multiple machines with OpenVPN client?
Perhaps the same .ovpn file is used for multiple OpenVPN client instances? This could cause a similar behavior, as the file should only ever be used by one user. Another user can be added to the VPN hub if multiple client connections are needed.
Finally, could you try configuring VPN Hub in a different region? Sometimes latency issues could result in a similar behavior.

Best regards,

Hello,

No we dont use this openvpn file simultanously with a another client. I think you have an issue with your germany dc. I have created 2 new hubs. One with germany as a location and one with Bahrain. The one with germany is unstable and the one with Bahrain is stable. I myself am located in the Netherlands.
