Hello,

Maybe the issue persists not in the router but the ISP provider?

Have you tried executing speed tests and checking out what speed are you getting?

To check the speed you can go to routers WebUI → System → Maintenace → Speed test

Furthermore you can execute the speedtest on the end device by using speedtest.net and comparing the results.

What setup are you using for the video streaming? Is the device connected via Wi-Fi or LAN cable? For more throughput you should use LAN, as Wi-Fi is significantly slower then LAN - period.

If the main source of the internet is your SIM card, then I would check the settings of the mobile to get the maximum quality of the signal.
The quality of the mobile connection directly depends on such factors as the coverage of the connection, the terrain, the load of the base station and the distance from the base station, the power, type, direction and other characteristics of the antennas. Most of the time the better the signal - better the throughput.

BR,
Yes

From I was bought this router Is not usrfull for watch youtube. I
have buy new one unit and same problem. Is the router with firmware update anytime don’t working with YouTube. Not possible streaming with this router.
My money and my time was lost with teltonika router

My router next to antena I live in Indonesia. I use sim three.

Depen of my configuration in wan6 or in force option in interfaces wifi ,wan, lan
YouTube work fine one moment.
*When I restart conection

*When I change order wan APN

*When change 4g Bands
(only work B3 - B1 in my place)

Possible the router problem is missing configuration matching compatibility with antena.

Like refresh and buffer needed

Have you contacted your ISP, as most of the time speed issues persists with the provider, not the gear itself.

Try to update to the newest firmware version,

Furthermore turn off the “Allow legacy rates” and try changing the bands of the device and the transmit power, MHz and so on to test out the maximum speed. To do so go to Network → Wireless → Radio.
Also have you tried connecting LAN to LAN of computer for the best speed?
BR

What router are you using?
What firmware is installed FOR BOTH device and modem? Please don’t answer simply saying “The latest”, as it may not be the latest!!

Within your property and building where is the router and its antennas situated? Are you in a basement flat, living in the penthouse at the top?

Where is the mast that you are connected to in relation to where the router is< imagine a straight line between the antenna and the mast. What’s in the way, in your building and outside?

Do you live in a very busy inner city centre or are you in a forested or mountainous area?

Your SIM and your contract with Three, is your download speed capped / restricted… not all sims are the same.

What’s the signal quality like for the bands that you get?

Disable IPV6.
