Hi everyone,
I have been trying to set up one of my Teltonika devices for GPS tracking but I am running into some issues. I am using the FMB920 model and everything seems connected properly but the GPS data isn’t showing up in the Teltonika IoT Platform.
Installed the device as per the user manual.
Checked the SIM card and confirmed the data connection is active.
Set up the device parameters in the IoT platform.
Despite following all the steps…, the GPS data is either not updating or showing up as invalid. I have tried rebooting the device multiple times and checking the connections again.
Has anyone experienced a similar issue or have any suggestions on what might be wrong: ?? Any help or troubleshooting tips would be really appreciated !! I have also read this thread https://community.teltonika.lt/t/no-gps-signal-from-01-01-2025-ccsp but couldn’t get enough solution.
