Device with xxxxx sn at line 1 could not be added

Good Morning, I have bought used RUT240s and cannot get them to work on RMS. please help!

Could you please double-check if you have entered the correct information, such as device model, serial number, and mac address in RMS?

If you are sure that it’s correct, but you are still unable to add the device, please let me know.
