Could you please confirm if you have attempted to unregister and register your device on RMS?
Double-check if the device’s serial number, LAN MAC address, and password (matching the WebUI) are entered correctly.
Select your RUT241 in RMS, navigate to Device → Manage Services, and ensure that services are enabled and verify if device has RMS credits for device usage.
Ensure that your router has internet access, as it needs it to connect to RMS.
Please inform me of any errors displayed in the device’s WebUI under Services → Cloud Solutions → RMS.
You can try restarting the RMS service by logging into the router via CLI and executing the command /etc/init.d/rms_mqtt restart.
Furthermore, please inform me if any specific configurations were made on this device or if there was a recent firmware version update.
