  1. Is Teltonika compatible with MQTT?
  2. Which GPS models that you sell are compatible with MQTT?
  3. How can I get the necessary information to implement it on the devices?

I thought most devices support MQTT? I thought GPS capable models are compatible with MQTT.

GPS wise, have a look at the RUTX08, 09, 10, 11, 12, 14 and RUTXR1 plus RUT956 and RUTX50, RUTM50 and check out the configuration examples
