Hello team,
For a few days now, all devices connecting to the RUT950 router’s WiFi have been unable to obtain an IP address. Here is a screenshot of a phone device that cannot connect.
I have restarted the router several times and even created new wifi access with different local networks but it still does not work. Thank to help me
Hello,
Thank you for reaching out.
Here are some important points to consider checking:
- First, please check that the Wi-Fi access points (APs) are correctly assigned to the appropriate networks (lan or lan1).
- Additionally, ensure that in Network → LAN, the option to enable DHCPv4/v6 is activated for your specific LAN interface.
If this does not resolve the issue, could you please download and provide a troubleshooting file from System → Maintenance → Troubleshoot? Since we cannot communicate via direct messages on this forum, I have sent you a form to fill out. Once completed, I will contact you privately. Please use ticket ID “9198” for reference.
Let us know if these steps help or if you have any further questions.
Best regards,
