Data upload RUTX 11 and RUTX 12

Hello: In a 4G connection with RUTX 11 and RUTX 12, is it possible to favor data upload instead of download? It is for streaming. Thanks.

Currently, we can’t configure the devices to push for data upload instead of download. However, we can provide some tips to increase the upload speeds.

  1. Make sure to have good mobile signal strength in the area. Here are the recommendation for RSSI values.
  2. Enable software offloading under Network → Firewall → General.
  3. Additionaly, please try adjusting the MTU by navigating to Network → Interfaces → Edit mob1s1a1 interaface → Advanced settings → override MTU. The Values to try are 1460, 1360, 1260.
