Data from Eye sensor not visible in RUTX14?

I have 3 Teltonika Eye sensors connected via bluetooth to my RUTX14

If I click on the details of an Eye sensor I get the data below, but no data on temperature, movement and magnetic status like it shows under the link in the wiki (see below)

My RUTX14 is on firmware 00.07.12

Am I doing something wrong? Why is the data not shown?
The data is shown when the Eye sensor is directly connected via Bluetooth to my phone using the IOS Eye app. I that case the Bluetooth pin code is required. The RUTX14 doesn’t ask for that.

• Download EYE sensor app.
• Scan and connect to your sensor;
  • Default PIN should be 123456;
• Configure the sensor and set Packet settings option to Sensors;
