Data Connections dropping

WAN IP gives 127.0.0.1 and often congestion and the Reset flag in TCP is set

I have a RUT 240 with the lastest firmware today.

I face often that the RUT is not reachable and the following SMS is send:
Router name - RUT240; Event type - Mobile Data; Event text - Mobile data disconnected (internal modem); Time stamp - 2024-11-19 15:54:12; Wan IP - 127.0.0.1

I also see, that there is sometimes congestion while the data stream is in bytes and the maximum up/download speed is approx 10Mbps.

I see also the within the TCP Flag the reset bit is set and that caused the TCP connection to be dropped.

Could you please confirm if you are still experiencing this issue? If so, could you provide the following details to help troubleshoot:

  1. How do you access your RUT240?
  2. Have you tried using a different SIM card in your router? If so, did you notice any difference in behavior?
  3. Have you tested the same SIM in different devices? What were the results?
  4. Could you please provide a screenshot from Status → Network → Mobile in WebUI?

This information will help us diagnose the issue more effectively.
