Daily "Remaining company data notice" message

Hi everybody,
I receive a message every day that says “Remaining company data notice”. We buy credits per device, so it doesn’t matter if the amount is low, but this has been happening for months and every user in our company receives this email daily.

How do I turn it off? I can’t find the option on https://rms.teltonika-networks.com/.

For now, there is no option for the users to disable these emails, however, we need some additional information to be able to disable it from the server side, therefore, for troubleshooting purposes, we will require more sensitive information from your end, such as the troubleshoot file, which may contain passwords, public IP addresses, serial numbers, and such. To avoid leaking this information, we have sent you a form to fill out, which you will receive in your e-mail inbox that you have registered your account with in the forums. In the Ticket ID field of the form, please enter the ID of this thread, which is 17547.

The issue has been resolved by the RMS team. They have disabled the “Remaining company data” email notifications for your company, as there is currently no built-in option that allows clients to disable these notifications themselves.

At this time, everything appears to be working as expected.

I would love to have this option removed on my devices.

You have to open a ticket, you can’t do it on your own
