Credits Assignment

Hi,

Can I manually assign credits to my devices? Let say I have less priorty devices that do not need credits and I dont want to assign credits to it?

Hi yhuzumhe,

just turn off Auto Extend in the RMS in
Administration->Companies->View company details

Welcome to Teltonika Networks Community! Apologies for the late revert.

Automatic assigning of credits can be disabled by turning off Auto Extend in your respective company. Then, if you decided to add a credit to a device, just toggle Service button. This will add 1 credit and will be disabled after 30 days of monitoring.
