Continuation of discussion, internet connection problem with RUT956 router

The replies always arrive after 8 days, so the discussion is always closed automatically, the problem persists:

I’ve tried both installing another SIM from a different operator and giving it another WAN source, I still have the same problems!

I’m starting to think that teltonika assistance doesn’t exist.

I never get concrete support, there is no real-time chat, the answers are vague and don’t get to the point.

Hi @MD_CORPORATION,

  • are your running the latest firmware on the device
  • and on the modem
  • did you try setting your PDP type to IPv4 on Interface mob1s1a1
  • did your try resetting to factory defaults

The IPv4/IPv6 thingie is what almost beat me in a
completely different setting just a couple of weeks
ago - but with the same symptoms.
