Connectivity issue with an RU950 router and wi-fi security settings being weak

I’ve just spent hours with a Teltonika support engineer trying to configure a RU950 LTE 4G router but it won’t connect. The firmware has been updated to the latest version. He went through the DNS settings and opened the CLI on the Web GUI but still can’t reach rms-networks.com with out it bringing up a failure to connect. He’s of the opinion that there is an issue with the certificate and also when I try and reach the device from my phone I get a message that the security settings are too weak and should be higher. Any ideas anyone?

Do you perhaps remember the name of the person you’ve been in contact with? This would allow for more efficient support to happen, since the person who has been working with the issue would already know more about the case.
