Connection to RMS refused

Hi, i did yesterday a factory reset on my RUT241. Since then it cannot connecto to the RMS. I yesterday i got message that connection is refused - in RMS device was “termopillart blocked”.
I tried to add the device again to the RMS but now it can’t connect at all - on the router is show “Failure”, in RMS

Could you please clarify whether you see just a “Failure” error in the WebUI under Cloud Solutions → RMS, or is there additional information provided (e.g., “Failure (Server refused connection)”)?

Additionally, have you successfully registered your device with RMS, but are now encountering issues with the connection, or are there errors occurring during the registration process?

If you share screenshots, please ensure that sensitive information such as the Serial number and MAC address is obscured.
