We have bought two RUT906 device. The two device have identical settings, use same SIM card and antenna. One device (first device) works fine with SIM card inserted to SIM 1, but other (second device) with SIM card inserted to SIM 1 does not work as first device. The signal strength is weaker than first device when it connected. The signal of second device keeps dropping off as well.

- Are both devices located in the same geographical area?
- Are the antennas properly connected to each device?
- Could you share a screenshot from Status → Network → Mobile, ensuring that signal strength values are visible?
