Connecting Issue Teltonika RUT956 to RMS

Hello,

I am trying to connect a RUT956 to the RMS environment, but I am unable to reconnect after the device has been turned off. There was a connection for about 12 minutes, and the device was accessible via the VPN hub.

What I have done:

  • SIM card inserted, working, and the connection established. The device has internet. Two mobile antennas have been added.
  • I downloaded the latest firmware, 07.22.1, and also tried several other versions. Each time with the same result.
  • I tried the button, ‘reconnect‘ in the cloud solutions > RMS.
  • Left it overnight to connect.
  • I reset the device, multiple times.
  • I unregisterd the device in RMS envoirment and added it back, but its still waiting for a connection.

The situation now is that the device is in the connection state in the RMS tab. It looks like the device is in a loop.

I did turn it on and off again. A lot.

Any ideas?
