Communicating through VPN to Bacnet Network

I am trying to Connect to a remote Bacnet network across VPN.

I have a Niagara Server in Google Cloud and am trying to connect to a RUT301 at a customer’s site over VPN to communicate with a number of BACnet devices at that end.

I have established the VPN okay and downloaded the BACnet package to set up a BBMD.

The problem I am having is that the network location where I can connect, managed by our customer, both provides access to the BACnet devices and is communication back to the VPN server. To get communication, I had to connect the WAN. How can I both communicate with the VPN server and the BACnet devices both through the one WAN connection?

I have attached a simple diagram describing the network.

I spoke with Justinas,
