Hello Mr. Matt, as just discussed on the phone, here are my tasks:

  • I would like to use the RUTX50 to access my system once a week via VPN for remote maintenance purposes.
  • No large amounts of data are transferred via VPN.
  • I would like to send a daily email with key data from the control system (Siemens S1500 and TP900 HMI).
  • I would like to be able to access the USB stick remotely. This stick should also be available on the internal network of the control system (ftp or smb).
  • I am currently using Teltonika RMS VPN. However, after about 15 seconds, it keeps saying “Disconnected.”
  • I do not want to use Open VPN or other solutions. I would like to have the Teltonika RMS solution.

I would need a little training on how to set everything up for my purposes. If it works well, I plan to use the routers in our series product. We would then need about 30 routers per year.

It was nice talking to you through the phone. As we’ve discussed, I’ve sent you a form (you should receive it in your e-mail that your community forum account is registered on). In the “ticket ID” field simply enter 15769 as for the other details, enter them as requested.
