Clients unable to connect via 802.11 after auth protocol change

I replaced the 802.11 authentication protocol (WPA2-PSK) with WPA2-PSK/WPA3-SAE Mixed Mode on both the Utility Warehouse router-modem combination gateway and RUTXR1 AP, but now clients can’t connect. I did also change the password on both. Any ideas?

I just needed to reboot both of them.
