I’m trying to change a company account email address to one which is an alias for my regular email address because I think we need to have 2 separate RMS logins (one as a first level company and a second one as a second level company for products owned by one of our clients that we manage). Is that right, or can one account perform both functions?
I’m not receiving the email to validate the new email address. Our IT dept have checked for the email in our spam filters, but its not there. Obviously I don’t want to post the specific details here-how can I contact you off the forum about this?
Is there a way you can check this out from your side?
Maybe the alias email address is too long or complicated for your system?
The alias email address has been tested to work.

In this situation, I recommend creating a second account with a different email, inviting it to your company, and setting the desired role for this account. More information can be found on our wiki page: RMS Users.
Regarding email validation, are you referring to not receiving the email when trying to register, or is there another issue?

Thanks for the quick reply. I’m trying to change the email address for one account by clicking on the account profile and using the ‘Update email’ button and I’m not receiving the validation email.
