we urgently need the Certificate of Origin for a TRB501 gateway for export. We requested this document several weeks ago through our distributor, but neither we nor the distributor have received any response from Teltonika.
The document is critical, as we must export the device as a replacement unit to resolve a service outage. I understand that this process normally goes through the distributor, but we are not making any progress at that level.
