Cellular gateway/router SNMP traffic interface changes after reboot

Hello,

I have several TRB255/256s in the field that I monitor their cellular interface for traffic throughput and alert when it is outside of normal thresholds. However, it appears the teltonikas change their snmp interface OID after a reboot or reconnect. This annoyingly makes a dynamic interface that I have to re-add frequently. The traffic sensor I add looks like this

and after every reboot/disconnect the interface # increments. Occassionally it will come back to a previously used # and populate data again as below.

Anyone have any thoughts or repairs to this issue?

Thanks

Sending info your way…

Have you guys received the troubleshooting files? Any updates on what could be happening?

Hi,

I’ve sent you a total of 2 e-mails so far and haven’t received a response to any of them unfortunately. When replying, did you press the “Reply” button on the e-mail, or sent a separate one? If you can, please try pressing “Reply” and then replying.

Regards,
M.

Roger thanks, they went to an email not linked to my account. Odd. Sent response back.
