Can't use my 3y-management pack anymore

I purchased a 3-year management pack in November 2025, and it worked fine for about a month.

Now I can’t use the RMS services anymore; the error is “no credits available”.

I didn’t change my device, and I can’t assign the management pack to my device anymore.
It’s shown as 0/1 in resources:

I already removed and re-added my RUTX09 to my account.

I have no other devices in my account; what can I do?

Resources such as credits & packs are tied to the device information such as LAN MAC, Serial Number, IMEI, etc.

  1. Are you certain that the device you unregistered and registered again is the same exact device and not a different one? Any typos as well could mean that the pack won’t be there.
  2. If you head to Administration → Companies → Company details and view the device list (in which your device should be), what is the management type? Does it say “Pack” or is it empty?
  3. If you download the file in your initial post and view the inside of it, I believe there should be a serial number somewhere. Please compare that with what you have and confirm that it’s the same as well.

Yes for 1 and 2.

And with 3, you solved my search for my problem.

I made a typo for the serial when registering the 3y pack. One number too much in the beginning, so the last digit isn’t there.

I will see if I can solve this.
