Cant login to device using password from back of router

I understand you’re having trouble connecting to your device using the password on the back of the router. This may be because the password was changed previously.
For security reasons and in line with GDPR regulations, we don’t keep records of client passwords. If you’re unable to locate the current one, you may need to reset the device to its factory settings. Please note that doing so will remove any custom configurations you’ve set up.
If you have an active RMS account and your device is added for monitoring, you’ll be able to download a backup of your configuration remotely, which can save you some time after the reset.
