What ip address you got at lan of your pc/mac (dhcp)?
It’s not possible to enter the web UI at all. When I enter the default IP the page doesn’t load at all. It used to be working well.
Do you have a backup of your device?
Can you try a factory reset of your device.

Hello Marija. Do you think it has something to do with the router (RUTC50)? When I enter the default IP in my browser (Safari) and press enter, a login screen should appear but that doesn’t happen. Only message I get is that the server doesn’t respond. When I try to access the web UI I’m not close to the router but that’s not necessary I think.

The default IP address 192.168.1.1 is a private IP, which allows you to access the router through a LAN network. You can connect your RUTC50 to your PC via an Ethernet cable or connect your PC to the router’s WiFi. This way, your PC will be in the same network as the RUTC50 and can access it using the default IP.
