Hello,
Thanks for reaching out!
Can you please share the error message with me?
We got a Quick Start Guide in our wiki page and it has really detailed description. I recommend you to go over it and check the steps.
And also you may want to factory reset the device, all you need to do is holding the reset button for 20 seconds. This will trigger the factory reset and you will be able to log-in with default password, which is labelled on the back of your router.

Thank you for your reply. Basically, the first strange think is that I can’t reach the router by the default IP 192.168.1.1 but by the IP 178.178.1.1. In any case, even after a factory reset, I’m not able to login into with the default username and password.

Can you please share the error that you’re receiving? Can you see the WebUI of the device?
Have you completed the required ethernet configurations? For more information, if you haven’t already, please check out the Quick Start Quide in our website.
All you have to do is adjust the adapter settings if you can’t see the WebUI of the device after factory reset. Please go to Start — Control Panel — Network and Internet — Network and Sharing Center. Click on the Change adapter settings in the left panel, then right-click on Network Adapter, and select Enable.Select Properties with a right-click on the wireless network adapter. Click Properties after selecting Internet Protocol Version 4.
Check to obtain an IP address and obtain DNS server address automatically if they aren’t checked. Press OK.
Please go through it and let me know if you’ll be able to access the WebUI.
