Can't add RUT901 to RMS

Hi, I can’t add RUT901 to RMS

Firmware version : RUT9M_R_00.07.11.2

I can’t find Authentication code. Where can I find it? or what should I do?

Thank you for reaching out.

Could you please provide a screenshot of the router’s WebUI with the Services → Cloud Solutions page opened?

Additionally, have you tried connecting manually via the WebUI by pressing the Connect button in the Cloud Solutions section?

Alternatively, you can initiate this action remotely by sending the following SMS command to the router: <admin password> rms_connect

Please note that the Authentication code is displayed only when the device was previously registered under another company and needs to be added to your current company.
