Cannot see other mesh routers in "DHCP Leases"

I have followed the example and Youtube video to set up mesh. It seems to work partially - I can access all routers Webuis and other devices on local network.

First problem - there is only internet access if I am near gateway.

Other problem - meshing seems to not work properly. Just now I did very simple test - I put gateway on ground, walked until my phone showed poor signal (~40 m) and put in that place a node. I was expecting that node now will increase network coverage, but it did not - it seems phone was still connected to gateway, even though I could access node’s Webui. So I still got only ~40 m of range with one Wifi signal bar (on phone). The Webui of gateway showed me ~80% 2.4Ghz wifi signal and ~60% mesh.

And third - I cannot see nodes in DHCP leases.

Would it be possible to receive help on configuration via Teamviewer?

I would also like to add, that I tried setting RSSI threshold to -60 (instead of -80) - no result. When I walk to node my signal becomes very weak. But after I alter the mentioned threshold, my device suddenly gains more signal - as if altering this parameter and saving, immediately switches my phone to closer node. But then walking back to first router the signal drops again.
