We have a RUT240 with last FW update.
After changing the following parameter, we still cannot access the HTTP/S remotely.
what are we doing wrong?

It is good that you already enabled remote HTTP access. May I know which IP address are you using to reach the router? (Public IP, Private APN IP, Wi-Fi IP). Make sure to blur the last 2 octets for any sensitive information.
