Cannot Invite user with an existing RMS Account to my company

Hello. I would like to invite a colleague with an existing account to my company but as soon as i go to invite and type his email address to invite i get a message email address already taken. Can you please assist in getting this rectified?

Could you please clarify whether the user you are trying to invite is currently assigned to any RMS company? Please note that each user can be associated with only one RMS company at a time.

Thats a strong missed feature. I do manage multiple devices for multiple customers. Its a pain that I alway need a new email alias and a new acount / login.

At the moment, each account can be invited to only one company. If you are invited to a first-level company, you will also be able to manage its second- and third-level companies. However, a single email address cannot be associated with multiple companies simultaneously.
