Cannot invite user to RMS company

Hello Teltonika support,

I’m experiencing an issue with inviting my colleague to my company on RMS web portal.
The error dialogue responds with: The email has already been taken.

His account is probably associated with another company. Is there a way to reassign him to my company?

Your colleague will need to delete their existing account before you can send a new invitation to their email address.
