Cannot install Nperf (netperf) package

We used to be able to install netperf ipk for testing speed against our own nperf server, however I cannot install this now via opkg.

Hardware:
RUTX14/RUTX50

Firmware:
RUTX_R_00.07.06.1

Is there a workaround for getting this back on?
