Cannot create user invitation for old deleted user

We have deleted a user that had issues trying to log in to the RMS portal. When we try to send this user a new Invite we receive the error message: “Cannot create user invitation”. There is probably some old user data still present in the background. Can this please be deleted for us so this user can make use of the portal again?
