Cannot connect wan via RMS VPN to RUT956

I can connect via our LAN (when plugged in) but once I disconnect the cable I cannot connect by WAN via RMS VPN to RUT956 on its address 192.168.1.1 also cannot ping it.
I am able also to reach the device via rms.teltonika-networks.com so I will be able to reconfigure it remotely.
We are currently evaluating/testing the device for IP video transmission.
Mi setup is simple, one windows 11 PC to one RUT956.
I had this working fine a few weeks ago but another person reset the router to factory default and I reenabled most settings but something must be missing or wrong.

Make sure to run firmware version 07.07.1 on your box.

Reset to factory defaults afterwards and reconnect to RMS.
RMS → VPN → RUT956 should work nicely then.
