Cannot Connect to TSW202 via Lan Cable

Hi There

New user, i cannot for life of me connect via LAN Cable to a number of brand new TSW202 devices on 192.168.1.2.

Com lights are On but even a ping does not respond.

Ive done hard reset and still nothing.

Its more than one device out of the box so cant be a single faulty unit.

Windows Laptop 192.168.1 .10 , direct cable to unit

As the TSW202 QSG suggests, you have to set your computer to a static IP of 192.168.1.5:

Thanks.. we have tried everything and we cannot connect as per the manual

We connected a DHCP device and it assigned it an IP.. That was the only way

Just if anyone else struggles like us
