Hello,
I am experiencing an issue with my RUT200 router and the RMS portal. I would appreciate your assistance.
Problem description:
- I have added my RUT200 to my RMS account (Management → Devices)
- The device status shows “Down” with the message: “Device is not registered in RMS”
- The router has a working internet connection
I cannot find an option to assign the credit to the device (no “Assign credit” or “Enable service” button available)
I followed all steps of the RMS troubleshooting guide from the Teltonika Wiki and even contaced Teltonika Support, but it did not work out. The device is still not activated.
Hopefully somebody can help me with this situation. If you need more infomation, let me know.
