Im doing some research and have specific requirements I need to achieve, I have bought a TRB141, I have set up SMS utility so I can Text Lighton or Lightoff for the device to trigger the relay to turn the light on and off. I also need to be able to call the device and trigger the relay and be able to call the device again form the same number and trigger the relay to turn off. In the call utility options the only options are to open and close the relay no invert, the reason I say this is because in Event juggler there is an action to invert the relay which seemed weird, I have tried to link a incoming call action to trigger a event juggler action but nothing links to the event juggler from the call utility,
The reason I need help is to possible make a script the can be inserted that will achieve my goals. I any one able to help me do this as I’m a novice at scripting. From Speaking to Teltonika support they think It might be possible for the script to look at the logs then when it see a log for a incoming call then it would us If statement to look at the current state of the relay and switch it from open to closed or closed to open.
If the script isnt instant that isnt a problem but would need to trigger with 15 seconds or so.
I appreciate this is a big ask and help is very appreciated.
If anyone from Teltonika is reading this could you add the option for invert in to the relay in call utility, that would be great!
Regarding your inquiry, the current design - allowing the Digital Input to be set only to ON or OFF - is intentional and is expected to remain unchanged. That said, I can forward this as a feature request to our R&D team for consideration, particularly if we receive similar feedback from other clients.
