Hello,
Thank you for reaching out.
Could you confirm to which WiFi band you are attempting to connect your Brother printer? Many printers only support the 2.4 GHz band, so ensure that your connection is set to a 2.4 GHz AP.
Additionally, I suggest verifying that the 2.4 GHz channel width is set to 20 MHz in the router’s configuration. You can adjust this setting by navigating to: Network → Wireless → Radio → Edit 2.4 GHz radio settings.
Lastly, could you check and let me know the encryption type configured for the 2.4 GHz AP? This can be found in: Network → Wireless → 2.4 GHz Band Edit → Wireless Security tab.
Some devices, such as printers, can occasionally have compatibility issues with specific encryption types (e.g., WPA3). It might be worth testing with WPA2-PSK.
Kind regards,
