I have a problem with a brand-new, never used BAT120 unit. After unboxing and connecting it, I noticed the following:
Symptoms: All 4 signal LEDs are flashing simultaneously.
Power Output: The device is not providing any power to the connected router.
Behavior: The LEDs flash even when the power adapter is disconnected (running on internal battery).
Power Supply: I am using the original Teltonika power adapter.
Troubleshooting done: I have tried toggling the ON/OFF switch and leaving the device plugged in for a few hours, but the flashing persists, and the device remains unresponsive.
I would recommend leaving the BAT120 to charge for at least 24 hours without a device connected to it, if after that it still doesn’t provide any power output. In this case, it is a hardware issue, and you should proceed with the RMA procedure, for warranty repairs. If you purchased through a vendor, please contact them for further assistance with the RMA procedure. Here you can find more information about RMA procedure: RMA - Teltonika Networks Wiki
Thank you for the advice. Unfortunately, I’ve already had the BAT120 charging for a full 24 hours, and it still isn’t providing any power output. It seems I will need to move forward with the RMA.
However, I am having trouble with the link provided in the Wiki. The page https://hd.teltonika.lt is not working for me, so I’m unable to create a ticket.
Could you please assist me with this or provide a working link to initiate the process?
