Hello,
By default, port 53 is closed on the WAN side on our devices and no additional rules are needed. You’re performing a scan on the LAN side, from which there is a DNS service running on the device on port 53.
I’d suggest deleting the created rules and performing a scan using a tool like this: Port Scanner
Make sure you’re using a WAN interface IP address which can be found by navigating to Network → WAN.
