Blinking 2G -3G -4G repeatedly

I recently purchased a batch of 20 RUT200 routers and have been experiencing issues with a few of them. The router establishes a 4G connection initially, but after a while, the connection drops. The LEDs start blinking between 2G, 3G, and 4G repeatedly, without ever re-establishing a connection.

I have already confirmed that the SIM card is active and working properly.

Has anyone else encountered this issue or have any suggestions on how to resolve it?

Check Status->Mobile page, maybe signal strength values are poor?

Are all antennas attached?

Try set custom APN according to SIM provider.

Signal strength is fine.

Did you try the newest 7.13.3 FW version?

Could you please confirm if this issue persists with all the RUT200 devices you have purchased, or only with some of them? If it’s the latter, could you let me know how many routers are experiencing this issue?
