Are you positive that the default password of your device is admin01 and not a password that is randomly generated & located on the back label of your device?
As you’ve already tried the bootloader menu, which was supposed to be the final recommendation for trying to resolve your issue, all I can recommend now, is to collect the serial number of the device, and reach out to your reseller/distributor that you’ve purchased the device from & ask them for a replacement/repair.
