BAT120 Output Short

A brand new BAT120 connected to a RUTX50 will pass through power but won’t charge.

  • When connected to power and switched on it will flash the first power light every half second. (it will pass through power)
  • If I disconnect the RUTX50 the same thing happens.
  • When connected to power and switched off no lights show (it will pass through power)
  • If I disconnect the input power to the BAT120 and the RUTX50 then switch it on the Output Power LED flashes indicating that the output is shorted.
