We have a number of BAT120 in service with a customer and one of the BAT120 was disconnected from mains power for several days and now after reconnecting to mains power for 72 hours, remains blinking 1 power Led and will no longer provide any UPS functionality.
I am wondering if this is a batch issue as we kept a small of number BAT120 from this batch in stock as spares and these have never been used or taken out of the packaging but these also show same behavior of failing to provide UPS function after being discharged.
Units we have are batch 019 and 020. Can Teltonika please confirm if there was an issue with BAT120 from these batches?
