My RUT200 modem EC200A is stuck in restricted USB mode.
It does not create wwan0 or cdc-wdm0, does not accept QCFG commands,
and cannot be updated via WebUI. Current firmware: EC200AEUHAR01A19M16.
Please provide the latest EC200A firmware for RUT200 or reflash instructions.
