Bad gateway cant access web ui rut 240

I cant access the web ui. I tried reboot from button but it doesnt work .HELP PLEASE

• Could you check what is the LAN IP address of your computer in CMD by entering ifconfig command?
• Additionally, can you ping the router’s default IP 192.168.1.1 from the PC by executing ping 192.168.1.1
• Reset the router to default settings by pressing and holding the reset button for at least 12 seconds.
