I have several RUT241 devices and a couple RUTC50. Every device`s firmware i have is up to date. Since some time I cannot generate backup files through RMS on RUT241. There is no problem with RUTC50. Worth mentioning that manual backup generation through WebUI works fine. Automatic and manual tasks through RMS regarding backups fail every time. Is that a known issue? Somebody has this problem too?
