I have a Teltonika RutX50 and a Paid Management Pack 5y. The device appears in RMS, but unfortunately, I haven’t received a authentiction code for the device itself. I hope someone can help. What can I do?

Firstly if i can clarify, when you add the device, are you following this guide? How to add devices to RMS? - Teltonika Networks Wiki
In regards to the authentication code, you can find that in the device information itself in RMS when you access it. Under management service, monitoring templates. You can paste that code in cloud solutions in WEBUI → Services.

Check if you can see any message near the “Status” icon in Devices tab in RMS, next to the device in question.
If the device has an exclamation mark with an error message, and it states that service is disabled, please enable the service under Administration → Companies → View company details and if credits are available, please toggle the service on.
I also wanted to double check in regards to the management pack you mentioned. Does that pack appear on the RMS system? In RMS Companies → View company details? Or has it been added to the device in question, and shows under a “Service expires at” tab?

Hello, I have followed the instructions.
Everything is green in the RMS, with no exclamation marks or anything. Below, under Details, it says Online, Management Services is green.
In the Administration area, under Company in Detail, my device is shown in green. Name, correct serial number correct and Paid Management pack 5y. Or does the Authentication Code only come after the 30-day trial period expires? Regards, Sven

Can you confirm that you can use the device, access it and use it?
The authentication code is only optional that comes up in certain instances.

Hi there, this is my device.
It contains my access data and my SIM card with my PIN.
I can connect from the RMS and access it.
Then I will wait until the 30-day trial is over and see what happens. Thank you very much for your effort.
